Marketing Graphic Web Designer

Hello Candidate,

We are seeking a self-motivated and well-rounded graphic designer to join our marketing team - which mainly operates out of North America. As such, the successful candidate will be fluent in English, able to work independently to move projects forward, have exceptional attention to detail, and have the flexibility to participate in early morning or evening meetings a few times per week.

This well-rounded graphic designer will assist in the design and development of communication materials across different mediums, including print, digital, and web applications. This role involves creating engaging, high-quality graphics, documents, and slide decks that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies.

Experience: 3 to 5 years | Location: Mumbai | Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Graphic/Visual Design

Required with application: A strong, curated portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual designs and materials

• Designing graphics for marketing campaigns, web ads, social media, and other communications
• Design collateral materials (such as reports, flyers, case studies), exported in print-ready formats, as well as digital versions - this includes creating Google Docs and Google Slides templates
• Add content (posts and pages) on the company website using WordPress and build landing pages for events using templates
• Work with a variety of publishing platforms to upload/store assets and content

Required Skills/Tools (must haves):

• Proficient in AdobeIllustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat
• Proficient in Google Docs and Slides, including creating layout styles and templates
• Experience with WordPress and familiarity with HTML and CSS web design languages
• Fluent in English

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Deep understanding of design principles and visual aesthetics, including white space, visual hierarchy, alignment, unity, movement, contrast, and balance
