Job Description
Total Experience- 10-12 Years
Industry Healthcare Distribution (Candidate preferred from Any Distribution or similar Distribution companies)
Education CA / CFA, CPA of Any finance Degree Must
Age limit Max 40 years. (over experience candidates will be considered as over qualified)
Criteria s :
Mandatory to have experience in Distribution / Trading company
Experience in handling bigger portfolio. Responsible for Finalizing complete B/S
Matured and ability to handle 15 + Accountant
Regional exposure (GCC) Must
Technically strong in accountant entries
Process oriented. Strong on ERP. Ability to implement processes. Preferred with FOCUS ERP experience
Strong Leadership qualities and ability to take decision. Mandatory.
Notice period . Not more than 1 month will be considered
Must be flexible with time.
Source Candidates from Renounced distribution companies / Trading Companies.
Go getter and decision making abilities.
Strong on Figures and must know how to generate MIS reports
Time Management & Man Management still should be very strong.
Regional exposure must. (GULF)
