Sales Executive

1. Lead Calling & Conversion

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads and explain company services to potential clients.
  
• Understand customer requirements and provide the right service information.
  
• Follow up regularly with interested leads to convert them into clients.
  
• Maintain high conversion rates by effective communication and persuasion skills.
  

2. Lead Generation

• Generate new leads through online platforms, referrals, social media, and other sources.
  
• Identify potential customers and share their details with the sales team.
  
• Support in running promotional activities to attract new inquiries.
  

3. Data Management

• Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the system/CRM/Excel.
  
• Keep track of daily calls, status updates, and customer conversations.
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
  

4. Customer Handling

• Address queries of customers politely and professionally.
  
• Provide complete information about services, pricing, and processes.
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction during pre-sales communication.
  

5. Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, legal, accounts) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  
• Share timely information about converted leads to concerned departments.

6. Targets & KPI Achievement

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  
• Work towards achieving set revenue and lead milestones.
  

7. Other Responsibilities

• Stay updated with company products, services, and processes.
  
• Participate in team meetings, sales training, and performance reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate having basic knowledge of taxation and GST is required or from a commerce background having experience in similar field in sales
