Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and graphics
  
  
  
• Coordinate with designers to produce high-quality creatives
  
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
  
• Handle comments, messages, and audience interactions
  
• Run paid ads and monitor ad performance (optional but preferred)
  
• Increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers organically
  
• Analyze insights, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams for campaigns
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media trends & algorithms
  
• Good communication and creativity skills
  
• Basic knowledge of Canva/Reels editing tools
  
• Experience 15 years (Freshers with skills can also apply)
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  
• Bonus: Knowledge of SEO, ads management, or video editing
