Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be part of LegalZoom's Internship Program, where you will have the opportunity to develop technical skills through meaningful project work and unique learning experiences. As an intern, you will work with the Senior Finance leaders and accounting team on various tasks. This internship is a paid 26-week program that will require you to be in the office 1 - 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Senior Manager, India Accounting Operations, with functional reporting to the Senior Manager, Accounting & Consolidation
- Prepare journal entries as part of the monthly close cycle
- Assist with preparation of balance sheet accounts reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of documentation in support of our internal control environment for SOX compliance
- Respond to audit requests in a timely manner
- Assist with ad hoc Oracle reports and requests from the business
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
- Strong knowledge and experience with Oracle

- Knowledge of ERP general ledger systems
- Must have a basic understanding of US GAAP and/or India accounting principles
- Excellent written, oral, and analytical skills
- Collaboration and able to work within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
Note: The internship program will begin on Oct 1st, 2025. The interview process includes an Initial Recruiter Conversation, Technical Assessment, Virtual Interview with Interview Team, and Hiring Decision.,
