Job Description
More specifically, this position plays a critical role in ensuring the successful integration and management of government-furnished assets within Artemis, contributing to mission success and operational efficiency.
In this position, the employee will be located onsite at Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. Some domestic travel will be required.
ship or US Permanent Residency and the ability to successfully obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance are required.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee project management processes, ensuring the timely delivery of projects while maintaining adherence to budget, schedule, and contractual obligations.
- Manage Interface Technical Agreements (ITAs) and contracts related to GFP providers.
- Drive cross-program and cross-project integration efforts for GFP and Utilization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain lifecycle and process plans to ensure effective management of government-furnished assets.
- Identify, track, and manage GFP requirements and associated risks to mitigate potential issues.
- Collaborate closely with Program/Project Systems Engineering teams to ensure alignment and compliance with technical and programmatic objectives.
- Perform technical evaluations and assessments to support decision-making related to GFP integration.
- Serve as backup to the GFP Manager in chairing the EHP GFE Integration Team, providing strategic leadership and operational support, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and at least 4 years experience, with a focus on government furnished property and asset integration.
- Familiarity with NASA project management and systems engineering processes and principles.
- Proficiency in risk management, lifecycle planning, and technical evaluation methodologies.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple programs and stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NASA Exploration experience, systems engineering, risk management, and engineering background.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
