Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager. The Business Manager will oversee daily business operations, manage budgets and financial activities, develop strategic plans, and lead a team to achieve business goals. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support cross-functional staff including:

IT Assistants, Network Engineers

Graphic Designers & Product Developers

Ensure smooth coordination and workflow across departments

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

Drive productivity, monitor KPIs, and address team challenges

Represent the CEO's directives and ensure execution across teams

Maintain a professional and positive work environment

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams
• Proven experience in operations, administration, or general management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
