Senior Software QA Engineer

Lenador Systems is looking for a Senior Software QA Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of complex digital platforms used in live event and exhibition environments, including mobile applications, web platforms, backend services, admin panels, POS systems, and real-time integrations.

This role is suited for a QA professional who can operate under extreme time pressure, validate systems before public exposure, and maintain high quality standards in fast-moving, delivery-driven projects

Own end-to-end QA for:

• Mobile applications (iOS & Android)
• Web platforms and dashboards
• Backend services and APIs
• Admin panels and operational tools
• Event-specific and kiosk-based systems

Design, execute, and maintain:

• Test plans
• Test cases
• Test scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and sanity testing

• 
  Ensure features are fully tested and verified before any client or public release
• Validate edge cases, failure scenarios, and real-world usage conditions
• Act as the final quality gate before deployments
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly

• Contribute to or lead test automation efforts where applicable
• Test APIs, backend logic, and system integrations
• Support performance, load, and reliability testing for event-scale usage
• Identify opportunities to improve QA processes and tooling

Support QA activities during:

• Pre-event readiness
• Live event deployments
• Last-minute fixes and hot releases
• Handle urgent testing cycles with very tight timelines
• Be available during evenings, weekends, and critical milestones when required
• Maintain calm, accuracy, and judgment under pressure

• Document defects clearly with reproduction steps and evidence

• 5+ years of experience in software QA or testing roles
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
