Job Description
As a CRM Business Systems Analyst within the IT organization, you will play a key role in optimizing and enhancing Sales and Service operations by effectively implementing solutions in SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C) V1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Design and Delivery - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document requirements. Use your deep knowledge of Sales and Service functionality to design efficient solutions that meet business needs. Perform system configuration and customization changes and coordinate deployment activities. Create and maintain functional and technical specifications for deliverables.
- Integration Development - Design and develop integrations between C4C and other enterprise systems (ERP, Marketing Automation). Create and consume web services (SOAP/REST, OData) for real-time and batch data exchange. Work with integration middleware platforms (SAP CPI, MuleSoft). Implement data migration strategies and execute data loads using appropriate tools.
- Quality and Compliance - Perform unit tests to ensure solutions meet requirements. Ensure compliance with security and accessibility standards. Maintain development integrity by managing transport, version control, and regression testing for custom code. Document technical designs, code, and deployment procedures. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Stakeholder Communication - Engage with business and IT team members throughout the entire lifecycle. Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure all parties are aligned and informed. Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Post-Implementation Support- Ensure solutions meet objectives by monitoring system usage, collecting user feedback, troubleshooting issues, and identifying improvements. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related subject.
- 8+ years of progressive experience implementing solutions within SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C) V1.
- Experience customizing application logic and interfaces utilizing Cloud Application Studio (PDI/SDK), BODL, C#, UI Designer and Microsoft Visual Studio.
- In-depth knowledge of Sales processes and concepts: Opportunity management, Account management, Activity management.
- Extensive knowledge of Service processes and concepts: Service Request management, Installed Base management, Service Entitlement.
- Proficient in creating and consuming web services (SOAP/REST) within the C4C platform.

- Proven ability to produce functional and technical specifications for deliverables of varying size, from small enhancements to large projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to senior management.
- Prior experience managing projects and working with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
- Understanding of sales performance analytics and reporting.
- Experience migrating from SAP C4C Sales and Service Cloud V1 to V2.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC Sales and Distribution processes and associated data structures.
- Experience within other large-scale CRM platforms such as SAP CRM, Salesforce or MS Dynamics considered.
- Experience with other solutions within SAP CX suite.
