CEOs Office - Program Manager

We commenced our operations in India as an online business in 2010 and expanded with our first retail store in New Delhi in 2013. Since then, we have grown through both online and offline channels, establishing a presence through our retail stores, websites, mobile applications, and other channels.

Key Objectives

• Optimise CEO offices agendas, tracking priorities, and ensuring follow-through on decisions.
• Embed AI-first thinking across the company driving automation, efficiency, and predictive insight in every strategic process.
• Translate data into strategy by analyzing business performance and connecting insights to the companys P&L and growth metrics.
• Drive execution excellence through structured governance, cross-functional coordination, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Governance

• Partner with the CEO to define and execute quarterly and annual strategic priorities.
• Drive the OKR and board review process, ensuring every initiative has clear metrics and ownership.
• 
  Track execution rigorously and ensure follow-through on key actions across business functions.

2. AI-First Transformation

• Act as the AI champion in the CEO Office, bringing an AI-first mindset to every conversation.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring workflows, use AI for data synthesis, and improve decision accuracy.
• Create frameworks that encourage every team to ask: How can AI make this better

3. Data Strategy & P&L Insight

• Build and maintain a data-driven culture within leadership planning and reviews.
• Conduct advanced business and financial analysis, connecting metrics to P&L levers revenue, cost, margin, and ROI.
• Partner with analytics, finance, and operations to build dashboards and executive summaries that turn data into decisions.

4. Project & Program Management

• Manage strategic projects end-to-end from ideation to execution and tracking.
• Coordinate across functions to ensure timelines, dependencies, and outcomes are met.

5. Leadership Enablement & Communication

• Prepare board materials, CEO updates, and internal communications with clarity and precision.
• Serve as the CEOs proxy in meetings where strategic alignment and accountability are required.
• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between teams and the CEO Office.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 712 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analytics, or leadership program management.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Deep comfort with data tools, AI technologies, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• A high-energy optimist with a bias for action, AI literacy, and strategic thinking.
