Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be a strategic partner to various business units, advising on HR best practices and employee relations.
What you will do: You'll work closely with leaders to understand their needs, implement solutions to improve employee engagement and performance.
Key responsibility:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Provide consultation on employee relations issues, performance management and talent development.
- Conduct workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage employee engagement surveys and action plans.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs.
- Stay abreast of current HR trends and best practices.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution.
