HR Business Partner

What role you will play in team: You will be a strategic partner to various business units, advising on HR best practices and employee relations.

What you will do: You'll work closely with leaders to understand their needs, implement solutions to improve employee engagement and performance.

Key responsibility:

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Provide consultation on employee relations issues, performance management and talent development.
• Conduct workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage employee engagement surveys and action plans.
  
• Develop and deliver HR training programs.
• Stay abreast of current HR trends and best practices.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
