We are seeking a Manager School Recruitment (Operations) with a strong background in Non-IT recruitment and placements to lead our recruitment operations team.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in high-volume hiring or placements, preferably from recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or education placement backgrounds.
This role will involve leading the entire placement and candidate onboarding operations, ensuring that maximum educators are successfully placed in schools through our platform and that the platform consistently attracts and onboards new high-quality profiles.
Location: Hyderabad.
Key Accountability & Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment operations, overseeing candidate onboarding and successful placements across partner schools.
- Manage and guide a team of six Associates handling both onboarding and placement functions.
- Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified educators by driving sourcing partnerships with colleges, training institutes, and education networks.
- Collaborate with the sales and partnerships teams to align school hiring needs with candidate availability.
- Monitor key metrics such as placement numbers, onboarding quality, and turnaround time to achieve monthly targets.
- Identify process gaps and drive automation and operational efficiency across the recruitment workflow.
- Track performance reports and share data-driven insights with leadership for continuous improvement.
KPIs / Success Measures:

- Monthly subscription closures (no. of schools).
- Revenue targets achieved.
- Sales cycle duration and conversion ratio.
- Team productivity metrics (calls, meetings, follow-ups).
Qualification Criteria:

- 10+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or placement operations (non-IT sector).
- Proven success in driving high-volume placements in recruitment agencies or educational staffing firms.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in managing teams and achieving recruitment KPIs.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Management, or related field preferred.
- Prior edtech, publishing, or school solutions experience is a plus.
