Over the past few years, weve successfully delivered 50+ brand campaigns, produced 500+ hours of engaging video content, and collaborated with more than 100+ clients and creators across industries.

From brand storytelling to influencer marketing and podcast production, were driven by one goal to create conversations that connect brands with people.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who can lead our client acquisition and partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strong business relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow our presence in the creative media landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients across industries to promote the agencys services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive long-term business growth.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable creative solutions aligned with agency offerings.
  • Manage the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to onboarding and account handover to internal teams.

Market Research & Prospecting

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a database of leads, prospects, and industry contacts.
  • Develop strategies to target key sectors relevant to media, entertainment, lifestyle, and marketing.

Podcast & Collaboration Outreach

  • Identify prominent personalities, influencers, and industry experts suitable for podcast collaborations.
  • Reach out, pitch the podcast concept, and coordinate availability for shoots.
  • Maintain a roster of potential guests and build long-term relationships for future collaborations.

Strategic Growth & Coordination

  • Work closely with the creative and production teams to align client expectations with deliverables.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, business proposals, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Media, Advertising, or Creative industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to network, build relationships, and represent the brand professionally.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Passion for media, podcasts, and creative collaborations is a plus.
