Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and online channels.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Analyze industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare compelling proposals, sales presentations, and product demos.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and maximize revenue.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications using CRM tools.
- Gather client feedback and provide insights to enhance products/services.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Ed-Tech Experience will be a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
