Job Description
We are a growing organization in the e-learning sector, dedicated to delivering high-quality educational solutions to individuals, corporates, and institutions. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities, close deals, and contribute to our revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and target potential clients in the e-learning industry (B2B)
- Actively generate leads through various channels cold calling, networking, social media, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable e-learning solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and demos.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reporting to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Requirements:
- 23 years of proven sales/business development experience, preferably in the e-learning or EdTech industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive hunter mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
