About The Role:

- As a Product Manager, you will drive on our agentic AI portfolio of products building solutions that transform how enterprises operate and deliver delightful customer experiences.
- This highly cross-functional and customer-facing role blends product thinking, vision and deep technology expertise.
- You are a creative, pragmatic problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, rolls up your sleeves to build, and excels at turning ambiguity into execution.
- In this role, youll work closely with product, engineering, GTM and the company leadership to shape the future of our portfolio of products.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Implementations, Product, Customer Success or as founder.

- Deep technical acumen in Generative AI, Agentic AI systems, applied Machine Learning, and Conversational AI.
- Curiosity with a strong bias for action.
- Experience leading customer relationships and translating complex deployments into scalable product solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration with engineering, ML, data science & GTM teams.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and learning quickly in a dynamic startup environment

- Experience working with teams in other time zones.
Youll stand out if you have:

- MBA from a Top tier school.
- B2B ExperienceHands on experience with AI productivity tools.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
- 0-1 product development experience.
- Familiarity with customer experience and contact center operations.
