This is a contract role for an Account Management Intern. As an intern, you will support account management activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and overseeing client relations. You will handle inquiries, assist clients with needs, and help manage accounts. This hybrid role is based in Noida, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills required for problem-solving and data analysis
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure high levels of client happiness
• Account Management experience for overseeing client accounts
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
