Job Description
- As a Solution Architect at Lexmark, your primary responsibility will be to provide expertise on SAP S/4Hana Finance (FI) and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) modules. You will play a crucial role in delivering Record to Report process improvements and accounting business initiatives for the Global Business Services and Finance teams. Your day-to-day activities will include problem definition, evaluation of requirements, SAP solution design, solution configuration and validation, and creating functional specifications to deliver new features and user stories. Additionally, you will provide 3rd level assistance in resolving critical production incidents or pain points by collaborating with the Application Maintenance and Support team.
To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in finance and accounting, including controlling, fixed assets, profitability analysis, and integrations with sales and procurement. Knowledge of revenue accounting within the context of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation solution is essential. You should have experience in all aspects of system implementation, such as gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, testing, change management, and post-implementation support. Strong configuration experience, advanced troubleshooting skills, and the ability to learn quickly are key attributes for success in this role. Effective written and verbal communication skills are vital as you will be collaborating with counterparts in the US and Philippines, as well as business stakeholders worldwide. Your ability to multitask, prioritize work, work effectively in a team, and mentor other team members to enhance their skills and competency will be highly valued.
To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. You must have a minimum of 10 years of solution design and global delivery experience.
