Role Description

This full-time role, offers flexibility for some remote work. As a Senior or Principal Associate Lawyer, you will handle and oversee matters related to drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on corporate law. You will also collaborate with startups, investors, and other stakeholders to provide strategic guidance, resolve legal issues, and support their business objectives. Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior associates and contributing to the firms growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Prior experience working with startups or in a similar ecosystem is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent); a postgraduate degree in law may be an advantage
