Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Windows Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain high‑performance Windows desktop applications. The role requires strong expertise in C++, C#, and WPF, along with a solid understanding of system‑level programming and Windows architecture. The candidate will work closely with architecture, product, and QA teams to ensure high‑quality end‑to‑end delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Windows desktop applications with high performance and scalability.
• Implement robust solutions using C++, C#, and WPF.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve stability and performance.
• Ensure code quality through regular reviews, adherence to best practices, and proper documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical decision‑making.
  

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Windows application programming.
• Proficiency in C++ and C#.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
• Strong understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience with multithreading, memory management, and UI design principles.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows APIs, device communication, or system‑level programming.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with MVVM and Prism architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and JIRA.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
