Job Description
- As a Treaty Renewal Specialist at Liberty Mutual, you will be responsible for various key activities related to treaty renewals and treaty management. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing information packs for treaty renewals, analyzing CAT modeling reports to determine CAT limits, conducting quote comparisons, analyzing Treaty Terms & Conditions, and coordinating with underwriters. Additionally, you will be involved in setting up reinsurance programs in all systems, managing treaty slips and endorsement slips, calculating various claims recoveries and commissions, tracking treaty achievements and performance, and overseeing facultative management processes.
In terms of compliance, you will be required to ensure the submission of IRDA reports, compliance with reinsurance regulations, adherence to governance & control protocols, and providing necessary data or clarifications as requested by the Global Reinsurance Solutions team. Your competencies in communication, interpersonal skills, product understanding, and team management will be crucial for success in this role.
The ideal candidate for this position should have 5 to 7 years of experience in the General Insurance industry with specific knowledge of treaty placement and administration. A graduation degree is required for this role.
