Job Description
- As an HR professional joining our team based in India, your role will involve dual reporting to both the HR Process Excellence and Systems team and the People Analytics team to support key HR data initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the correct organizational and employee data is maintained in our HR systems to facilitate HR analytics and HR processes delivery.
- Monitor and measure data accuracy in the system.
- Investigate root causes of data quality issues and collaborate with stakeholders to implement end-to-end solutions to address them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the HR community and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes and fostering recurring cooperation.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Masters degree in HR or equivalent.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

- Working knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools is desirable.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Prior experience with HR Data is preferred.
This role is within the Liberty Data Analytics (LDA) entity, a subsidiary of Liberty Mutual Insurance. The final grade level and title of the role will be determined based on the qualifications and experiences of the candidates.,
