Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Kolkata. The individual in this position will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research. The role also involves building relationships with educational institutions and assisting students through the application and enrollment process.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification is a graduation. MBA / BBA preferred (Marketing, Sales, or Business Development specialization)

Excellent communication skills inBengali, Hindi & English.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships with exemplary professionalism

Ability to build trust with students and parents

Experience in education counselling, admission consultancy, or EdTech sales

Knowledge of the NEET UG/PG counselling process is an added advantage

Prior experience in a similar role in the education sector is an advantage

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
