1) PYP HRT

As an educator in IB PYP school, you will create a student-centered learning environment that aligns with the IB program standards, fostering inquiry-based learning and supporting the development of critical thinking, curiosity, and independence. Through differentiated instruction, the teacher nurtures each childs individual needs and interests, promoting active exploration and global citizenship in line with the PYPs emphasis on the development of the whole child.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement the IB PYP curriculum, integrating inquiry-based learning across subjects.

2. Use differentiated instruction to address the diverse needs of students, supporting their

social, emotional, and academic growth.

3. Collaborate with other teachers to plan, assess, and deliver units of inquiry, ensuring a

cohesive and engaging learning experience.

4. Conduct ongoing formative and summative assessments of student progress,

documenting and reporting achievements in line with IB standards.

5. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes student

well-being and respect for diversity.

6. Engage in continuous professional development by attending IB-related workshops,

conferences, and in-service training sessions.

7. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and maintain strong

relationships with the wider school community.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of IB experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.

Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., Bachelors in Education or equivalent).

Relevant teaching experience, particularly in an international school or IB environment,

is essential.

Completion of IB PYP-specific professional development or certification is highly valued.

Strong proficiency in English (or the primary language of instruction).

Were looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant for our University Guidance Office (IBDP division). You should have at least 2 years of administrative experience, strong communication and organizational skills.
