Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will assist customers in finding products, provide product recommendations, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory, organizing merchandise, supporting promotional campaigns, and providing timely and accurate information about products, services, and offers. The role also requires continuous engagement with customers to address their queries and promote a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage and assist customers effectively
• Basic knowledge of healthcare products, including medicines, wellness items, and personal care products
