Product Specialist / Sales Representative

About role:

Lifestyle Aesthetics Group is seeking a high performing Product Specialist / Sales Representative, with previous experience in Exosomes, NAD, Mesotherapy, devices and Derma products.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, target driven, and ready to grow within a fast expanding aesthetics and medical products distribution company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell aesthetic products to clinics, dermatologists, aesthetic centers, and medical professionals.
• Plan forecasting based on realistic numbers.
• Manage existing accounts and develop new clients within assigned territory.
• Conduct product demos, training sessions, and clinical presentations.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Apply monthly sales report and highlight challenges.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure retention.
• Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and sales reports.
• Support marketing activities, workshops, events, and product launches.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales of Fillers, Injectables, Exosome, NAD, Skincare, Devices or other aesthetic medical products.
• Strong background dealing with dermatology, aesthetic clinics, and doctors.
• MUST have a valid UAE driving license and a personal car.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Dentistry, Nursing, or any medical/related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
• Freshers are more welcome to apply
