Job Location: Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai, UAE
Job Purpose:
Responsible for leveraging the Shukran loyalty ecosystem and consumer data to design, implement, and optimize data-driven marketing strategies. The role aims to refine the Brand's positioning through advanced analytics, ensuring personalized customer engagement and measurable growth in retention and revenue across the region.
Key Accountabilities:
CRM & Loyalty Strategy (Shukran Integration):
- Act as the primary bridge between the Brand and the central Shukran loyalty team to harness member data for targeted growth.
- Develop and execute end-to-end CRM lifecycles (Acquisition, Retention, Win-back) to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Segment the database based on RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis to ensure hyper-personalized communication.
Marketing Analytics & ROI:
- Establish KPIs for all marketing activities and provide deep-dive post-campaign analysis to measure lift in footfall, conversion, and basket size.
- Utilize data to forecast the impact of promotions and events, moving away from "gut feel" to a predictive modeling approach.
- Monitor marketing spend efficiency (CAC vs. LTV) and recommend budget reallocations based on channel performance.
Strategic Planning & Budgeting:
- Prepare the annual marketing budget with a focus on high-ROI digital and CRM channels.
- Create a data-backed marketing calendar that aligns seasonal launches with specific high-potential customer segments.
- Collaborate with Buying and Merchandising teams to align inventory levels with planned CRM triggers.
Market Research & Consumer Insights:
- Set parameters for market research to study customer profiles, buying patterns, and cross-shopping behaviour within the Landmark portfolio.
- Translate market research findings into specific "Action Plans" for the Concept to improve brand stickiness and market share.
- Foster a overall culture of data first decision making
Omnichannel Brand Consistency:
- Ensure that personalized CRM offers are seamlessly integrated with ATL/BTL activities (Windows, Social, In-store visuals).
- Liaise with agencies to ensure that creative assets are optimized for various digital segments identified through data.
