Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Administrative Manager. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative staff, ensuring efficient office workflow, and providing support to senior management. This role also involves budget management, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Additionally, the Administrative Manager will handle communication with vendors, assist with HR functions, and implement office policies and procedures.

- Experience in Budget Management and Financial reporting
- Communication, Interpersonal, and Customer Service skills
- HR Administration and Staff Coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in a similar administrative role is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
