Job Summary: As a senior member of the Learning & Development team, you will develop, manage, and drive the learning strategy to strengthen people and organisational capabilities and performance. You will create a future-focused and effective learning eco-system, which inspires and enables impactful development experiences and shifts in learning mindsets and behaviours. You will perform a role of a regional SME supporting the APAC region along with India. You will be reporting to India and working closely with the Global COEs.
:
- Determining and assessing an organisation’s training and employee development needs
- Build the Leadership development agenda by carrying out in-depth needs assessment and execute appropriate developmental solutions and ensuring all solutions are linked with the business strategy with a clear impact on the performance.
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs for India and the region
- Designs and develop appropriate classroom and technology-based training
- Collaborating with employees, HR business partners & business to ensure achievement of training objectives
- Monitoring & assessing the effectiveness & success of training programs
- Keep up to date on the latest training trends, developments & best practices
- Facilitate training programs
- Utilize project management skills to plan, track and execute Development programs meeting all scope, time, and budget commitments.
- Evaluation and metrics. Establish and execute rigorous evaluation methodology to capture high impact learning activities and ensure effective reporting to key stakeholders of the relevant results
- Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
- Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
- Meets with OD stakeholders to determine needs and outcomes and design appropriate OD interventions.
- Participates and facilitates in organization development initiatives including change management, strategic planning, and assessments.

Desired Experience:
- Educational Qualification: MBA – HR
- Minimum experience of 15 years. Proven experience in leading the L&OD domain
- Familiarity with medium to large sized organizations and matrixed structures/reporting lines
- Proficiency in a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization
- Global exposure to and comfort with facilitation and design of strategy and programs for different countries
