What This Role Is About
We need someone who can switch between running Meta ads and planning Instagram content without missing a beat. Youll own marketing execution across our D2C website, marketplace channels, and social media working directly with agencies and internal stakeholders.
This is a hands-on, ownership-heavy role in a small team. Theres no layers of middle management here youll have direct impact from day one.
Youll Be Responsible For
- Managing performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and marketplace ad platforms (directly or through agencies)
- Owning the Instagram content calendar planning, coordinating with creators/designers, and ensuring timely execution
- Tracking campaign metrics, preparing reports, and making data-backed optimization recommendations
- Supporting product and brand launches with marketing plans
- Keeping a pulse on beauty trends, competitor moves, and whats resonating on social
Youd Be a Good Fit If You
- Have 13 years in digital marketing (beauty/D2C/FMCG is a plus)
- Can navigate ad dashboards and arent intimidated by numbers
- Have a feel for what works on Instagram both aesthetically and strategically
