What This Role Is About

Were looking for a hands-on marketer who can run performance campaigns, own social content, and support marketing across every channel we operate in D2C, retail, and marketplaces. This isnt a siloed role. Youll work across the full picture: from Meta ads to in-store launches to marketplace visibility.

Were a small, fast-moving team. Things change quickly, and priorities shift youll need to be comfortable with ambiguity and owning your work end-to-end.

What Youll Do

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and owned and third-party retail platforms including Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, and Quick Commerce channels directly or through agency partners
• Own the Instagram content calendar: planning, coordinating with creators and designers, ensuring consistent on-brand output
  
• Support marketing activations for retail channel partners and marketplace presence, not just D2C
• Track campaign metrics, prepare reports, and make data-backed recommendations
• Support new brand and product launches with integrated marketing plans
• Stay current on K-beauty trends, competitor activity, and whats resonating on social and in retail

Youd Be a Good Fit If You

• Have 13 years in digital marketing beauty, D2C, or FMCG preferred
• Are comfortable with ad dashboards and can hold your own with agency partners
