Liminal Custody Solutions - Finance Manager - CA

About the Role: Manager Finance will support the Global Head of Finance in managing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and robust internal controls.
Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS as applicable).
2. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.

3. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
4. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.Provide insights on cost optimization, cash flow management, and financial performance.
5. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years of post-qualification experience.
2. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and taxation.Hands-on experience with audits, Global Accounting Standards, and internal controls.
3. Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
