A Plant Manager ensures that all the sites in the area of responsibility operate safely, without harming people & environment, at required reliability/availability with minimum cost of ownership while ensuring statutory compliances. Form, lead, grow and develop the operations teams in the area. Drive continuous improvement of assets, work processes and people capabilities to maximize business profitability by driving cost reduction projects and Lean programs. Evaluate/calculate site profitability on monthly basis and through it improvement actions which will lead to better profitability.

• In this job role you have to cross cultural communication and Collaboration: Is sensitive to diversity, builds effective teams and ensures employees work together.
• After that, you have to Decision Making and Execution: Makes objective and fact-based decisions, involves all relevant stake holders, executes and follows through decisions
• 
  You have to handle negotiations as a cooperative process and uses a variety of tools and styles to influence and persuade others
• You actively seeks to prevent fatalities, incidents and injuries. Remains composed and provided clear direction under pressure.
• You have to plans and implement change initiatives, keeping self and others focused and motivated to achieve the change.
• You should have experience as project team member of a new plant installation and commissioning
  

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes

• You Should have Bachelors/masters in engineering
• You should have 10 to 12 years experience in operations and maintenance of continuous process plants

Get Hired
• At least 3 years experience as plant manager/equivalent of a continuous process plant
• You must have good oral and written communication skills in English and preferably local language.
