Senior Recruiter

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key member of our talent acquisition team, responsible for full-cycle recruitment across various departments.

What you will do: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and build strong relationships with hiring managers.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from initial screening to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools effectively.
• Negotiate compensation and benefits packages with candidates.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates.
• Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
