Role Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist with specific experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP). The ideal candidate will help design, implement, and optimize personalized customer journeys. While Loyalty Cloud experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. We are open to candidates who demonstrate the right aptitude and are willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage multi-channel campaigns and journeys in Marketing Cloud

• Implement real-time personalization using MCP (Interaction Studio)
• Configure behavioral triggers and segmentation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, analytics)
• Ensure smooth integration between Marketing Cloud and Core/3rd party systems
• Use Apex and LWC for extending campaign or CRM functionalities where needed
• Troubleshoot issues related to personalization, data sync, and automation

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MCP
• Proficiency in Marketing Cloud modules (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio)

• Working knowledge of Apex and LWC for integration or platform enhancements
• Understanding of data integration and event-based personalization
• Clear communication skills with ability to interface with global client.
