Role Description

This is an internship role for an Assistant Business Manager at Litmus Agency located in New Delhi. The Assistant Business Manager will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day business operations, supporting marketing campaigns, and coordinating client projects on-site.

Qualifications

• Marketing, Business Management, and Communication skills

• Project Management and Organizational skills
• Attention to detail and Ability to multitask
• Team player and Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Data Management
• Practical experience in social media marketing and managing brand accounts is a big plus.
• While candidates currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred, individuals from other academic backgrounds are also welcome to apply.

Internship Duration & Growth Path:

This opportunity begins with a 3-month paid internship offering a stipend of ?10,000/month.

• Phase 1: 3-Month Internship ?10,000/month
• Phase 2: Based on performance, the internship may be extended for an additional 6 months with an increased stipend of ?20,000/month
• Phase 3: Upon successful completion of the extended internship, you may be offered a 1-year contract with a monthly salary of ?30,000
