Vendor / Hiring Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor / Hiring Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, managing, and maintaining relationships with vendors and Installation team, and overseeing the recruitment process to ensure the hiring efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and recruitment of installation teams.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
• Manage ongoing relationships with vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with city managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes facilitated by vendors, ensuring alignment with internal standards.

  Get Hired
  Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular reviews, providing feedback and implementing improvements.
• Maintain a preferred vendor list and manage vendor payments and invoicing in collaboration with Finance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring standards.
• Report on key recruitment and vendor management metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, vendor success rates).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with 3PP_HR_vendor, Procurement, and department heads to support strategic hiring initiatives.
