Video Content Creator (Full-Time, Hybrid – Dubai)

We're looking for a creative, nimble, and trend-savvy Video Content Creator who knows how to stop thumbs and make people double-tap. If you've got an eye for visual storytelling, a camera or smartphone you know how to wield, and you're always ahead of the latest TikTok or Reel trend, we want you on our team.

About the role:

As a Video Content Creator, you'll ideate, shoot, edit, and produce social-first video content across formats—be it Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes footage, or motion graphics. You'll collaborate with the strategy, content, and design teams to bring campaigns to life in thumb-stopping ways.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop short-form video content tailored to different platforms
• Pitch and storyboard creative ideas and formats
• Shoot and edit video for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories
• 
  Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and audio to enhance content
• Stay on top of social video trends and recommend creative ways to adapt them
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and account managers

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience creating video content for social media
• Based in Abu Dhabi
• Strong grasp of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.)
• Ability to shoot with both professional cameras and smartphones.
• Confidence to appear in or direct content with talent
