Roles And Responsibilities

• Process and track life insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines
• Provide backend support to the sales team by preparing policy documents and coordinating with insurance providers
• Handle customer queries and concerns related to life insurance policies
• Maintain and update customer records in the company database
• Assist in claim settlement process for life insurance policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations
• Prepare reports and perform data analysis as required
