Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Operation (MIS) to support day-to-day operational reporting and stakeholder coordination. The role involves preparing accurate MIS reports, deriving actionable insights, and ensuring timely follow-ups with internal teams to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily MIS reports related to operations performance, productivity, and KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
• Analyze and interpret MIS data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
• Share insights and observations with relevant stakeholders to aid decision-making.
• Coordinate and follow up with stakeholders for data validation, action items, and closures.
• Maintain historical data and support ad-hoc reporting requirements as needed.

• Support process improvement initiatives through data-backed analysis.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Operations, Analytics, or related fields preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Basic understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Good communication skills to interact with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
