Responsibilities:

1. The position of Research Associate is to effectively and efficiently support the Head Leadership Hiring in reaching the goal of a rich and deep pool of exceptional candidates that will lead to the expedient closure of any given assignment.
2. Head-Hunting: Industry mapping and tracking to source manpower for top level mandates relevant to work experience, job profile, functional expertise and organizational set ups as required.
   
3. Interacting with candidates to understand their Capabilities, Strengths and Limitations before shortlisting and representing candidates.
4. You will be responsible for identifying the list of executives for evaluation and consideration during a search.
5. You will create a target list of companies and executives to match the specifications for the assignment and continue to research relevant information throughout the course of the search.
6. As a Research Associate you will also help support Head Leadership Hiring in the assemblage of relevant information.
7. Conducting research to understand industry trends, identify key players, and map out potential talent pools within specific sectors.
8. Evaluating resumes and conducting initial screenings (phone interviews) to assess candidate suitability and alignment with client requirements.
9. Database Management: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and market information within the company&aposs database.

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant field

Experience: 6 to 10 years
