Job Description

    As a Sales Manager at Lodha Group, your role is crucial in driving sales strategy and business development to achieve growth in the Direct Sales segment. Your primary goal will be to prospect new accounts for assigned projects and geographies, focusing on meeting revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include identifying leads, exploring business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships to ensure effective sales outcomes. You will also be expected to build and maintain a strong network of Channel Partners to maximize business opportunities.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Business Development and Channel Partner Management
    - Identify and qualify leads through B2B and B2C sales calls, leveraging existing CP network.
    - Acquire new business through CP network and manage client relationships collaboratively.
    - Conduct regular meetings with CPs to enhance engagement and drive more business.
    - Review CP performance quarterly against targets and suggest process improvements.
    - Client Relationship Building
    - Follow up on potential customers based on their requirements.
    - Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and communicate effectively to prospects.
    - Meet prospects, organize site visits, and establish strong client relationships.
    - Provide support during customer engagement stages and resolve queries effectively.
    - Industry Awareness
    - Stay updated on competitor details, market trends, and dynamics.
    - Network with industry contacts to identify business opportunities and trends.
    - Liaise with various departments for deeper product knowledge.

    - Support peer teams for effective deal closure and ensure necessary documents are in place.
    - Coordinate with different departments to ensure exceptional customer service.
    - Systems and Process Compliance
    - Maintain accurate records for designated accounts and provide regular updates to the Team Lead.
    - Adhere to SFDC and lead tracking mechanisms.
    - Ensure compliance with Lodha Group's policies, processes, and values.
    Skills required for this role include exceptional drive, good communication skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships. An MBA qualification is preferred.
    Experience: 4 to 12 years in sales, with a background in consulting, investment banking, wealth management, or client services preferred. Experience in selling luxury products with clear targets for top-line growth is desirable. Willingness to travel is also required for this role.,
