Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to drive organizational growth. Additional responsibilities include analysing market trends, creating effective sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring the achievement of defined revenue targets. The role will also involve collaboration with internal teams to design and deliver customized training solutions that cater to client needs.
