Tele Caller

Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for energetic, persuasive, and customer-friendly Tele callers who are ready to build a career in financial services. Your Role & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to promote Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and more.

Handle inbound queries professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.

Follow up with potential leads and assist in loan collections or payment reminders.

Accurately maintain call logs and update CRM systems with customer interactions.

Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to team performance.

Support marketing and promotional campaigns through telecalling efforts.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain confidentiality of all member data.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Any Graduate (preferred)

Experience: 0–1 year in Telecalling (banking/co-operative/finance sector preferred)

Languages:

Fluent in Marathi & Hindi

Basic understanding of English

Key Skills:

Excellent verbal communication

Persuasive and people-friendly attitude

Basic knowledge of banking/financial products is a plus
