The Area Manager (Punjab) is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing the operations of multiple salon branches within the Punjab region, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, analyzing sales and revenue targets, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Area Manager is also responsible for training and developing staff, handling customer feedback, and contributing to the growth and development of the companys brand in the region.

• Strong leadership and team management skills for supervising multiple teams effectively
• Experience with sales, revenue management, and inventory control
