About The Role
Were looking for an event marketer/community lead to drive Loops event marketing and community engagement. Strategic events and tie-ups are a key part of Loops marketing strategy. The role involves managing the full event lifecycle while ensuring impactful outcomes.

Were looking for an event marketer/community lead to drive Loops event marketing and community engagement. Strategic events and tie-ups are a key part of Loops marketing strategy. The role involves managing the full event lifecycle while ensuring impactful outcomes.
Event Execution
What you will be doing:
- Plan and execute monthly events, which include mixers, partner events, webinars, etc.
- Own the full funnel from registration to ROI tracking.
- Maintain budget and cost sheets.
- Host engaging mixers and mini-events.
- Maintain strong ties with publishers, vendors, and providers (e.g., ETHR, SHRM).
- Negotiate effectively to save costs while ensuring quality.
- Track and analyze event success (MoM, QoQ, YoY).
- Report on attendance, engagement, and ROI.
- Understand Loops ICP and build and foster meaningful relations.
- Be a welcoming host, fostering meaningful connections.
- Represent Loop with excellent communication and oratory skills.
- Effectively coordinate with marketing team for event asset generation
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation, event registration, etc.

- Coordinate suppliers, clients and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure smooth functioning
- 4+ years of proven field marketing experience (preferably HR-focused).
- Strong vendor relationships and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Good Excel skillsshould be able to track metrics effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Warm, approachable, and engaging.
- Peoples person, should be able to drive and build relationships
