Job Description

    As a Finance Tie-ups Manager for EV Vehicles, your role involves collaborating with banks to secure financing for dealers with subprime credit, ensuring compliance with special finance lender guidelines and auto dealership policies. This results in quick funding and high levels of customer satisfaction.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Build and nurture relationships with bank branches and staff
    - Cross-sell other financial products to bank customers
    - Monitor the performance of bank representatives and deepen relationships with clients
    - Act as a liaison between the company and the bank to address any issues
    - Source vehicle finance business through bank channels
    - Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
    - Develop strategies for increased market penetration and portfolio growth
    - Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
    - Manage end-to-end vehicle finance processes from login to disbursement
    - Ensure compliance with vehicle finance regulations and company policies
    - Address process gaps to enhance efficiency
    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
    - Proven experience in vehicle finance or a similar role, preferably in a bank or NBFC
    - Strong understanding of vehicle finance processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
