Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Counselor, located in Mumbai. The Loan Counselor will be responsible for assisting clients with their loan applications, servicing existing loans, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include working closely with the finance and sales teams to ensure smooth processing and approval of loans, advising clients on financial products, and helping them navigate the loan process effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Loan Servicing and understanding of various Loan products
• Customer Service skills and ability to address client needs efficiently
• Knowledge of Finance and Financial products
• Competency in Sales and advising on suitable financial solutions
