Role Overview

What Were Looking For

• 10+ years in product, growth, or GM roles ideally with fintech, SaaS, or lending platforms.
• Proven experience in 0?1 execution youve built and scaled products from scratch or led new market launches.
• Founders mindset youve been a founder or early-stage leader with the ability to wear multiple hats.
• Deep collaboration skills able to align and energize cross-functional teams around business outcomes.

• Technical fluency understand modern product stacks, API integrations, data flows, and can work closely with engineers.
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML product flows or personalization engines.
• Strong analytics mindset you obsess over metrics, growth loops, and conversion funnels.
• Preferably based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.

What Youll Own

• Product Leadership: Define and drive the road map for Loriens fintech lending platform, including both international student loans and U.S. personal lending verticals.
• Growth Strategy: Lead acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts, integrating GTM plans with product development.
• Cross-functional Execution: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, capital markets, and operations teams to ship fast and learn faster.
