Job Description
Work Hours: US Time Zone (EST/CST)
Experience: 2 - 3 years
Industry: IT Services/Staffing/Consulting
- Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities with US-based clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate service offerings.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment/delivery team to ensure timely and successful delivery to clients.
- Negotiate terms of business with potential clients and close deals.
- Proven experience in US client acquisition in IT staffing or consulting.
- Strong knowledge of US hiring trends, market dynamics, and compliance regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Existing US client contacts or relationships is a strong advantage.
- Experience in working with MSPs/VMS clients is a plus.
- Base Salary + Attractive Commission structure
- Incentives based on performance
